Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to initiate a return. 

Shipping

If you are returning a product for a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged upon arrival or there is an issue with the product, we will cover the shipping costs.

Restocking fee

In certain cases, opened items may be subject to a small restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or exchange the product for an item of the same value. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund or exchange to process.
